  • False Alarms at CES

Posted by Kelly Burkholder on 5/5/2025 12:00:00 PM

Early this afternoon, a faulty heat sensor triggered the fire alarm twice at Centerville Elementary School. In accordance with our safety protocols, students and staff evacuated the building for a short period of time. The fire department promptly arrived, investigated the issue, and confirmed that the building was safe for reentry. Students and staff continued with their normal schedule for the remainder of the day.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
