  • Earth Day Fun

Posted by Alicia Jay on 4/29/2025 4:00:00 PM

For Earth Day last week, Miss Reigel’s class discovered how we could help the earth. One thing we learned was that planting wildflowers can help birds and insects. We learned all about what plants need to grow and how to take care of them. Planting our own wildflowers was just a fun way to end the week. Please enjoy some pictures below:

  • Pay Tribute to Graduating 6th Graders and Loved Ones

Posted by Alicia Jay on 4/28/2025 4:00:00 PM

In front of Farmdale, we have our six-foot metal falcon named Sky, sculpted by John Morrow, a former student. We’ve built a memory-filled brick courtyard around the sculpture. You can purchase an engraved brick to be forever memorialized in front of our school! This is a great tribute for graduating sixth graders, former students, teachers, family members, or local businesses. For more information, please ask your child to visit the office for a form, call the school office at 717-898-5595 to request that a form be sent home with your child, or visit this link: Farmdale Sculpture Garden Brick Order Form
